At Levi’s® Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Levi’s® tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Download and Print Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any Australia Post outlet and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
